This is a very useful and reliable test, CE certified for professional and home use, that the Doctor can perform in the office during the visit as routine screening test and in case of specific symptoms together with other tests and inspection to understand if there is a simple inflammation or a more serious disease.

 

 

New DUAL PSA TEST

 

The Dual PSA uses a specific mix of antibodies to measure equally both forms of PSA, Free PSA as well as PSA-ACT complex form and measures PSA at 3 critical levels:

 

1)     below 4 ng / ml ( or 2.5 ng/ ml upon request )

2)     the suspicious range from the low value to 7 ng/ml

3)     the positive values over 7 ng /ml total PSA.

These simple tests on urines help identifying the degree of the UTI in case of specific symptoms, recurrent infections, pain etc.

  

The new packaging ( 3 strips each/ one pouch ) is particularly suitable for small routines and as the tests are all CE certified for both professional and home testing, the Doctor can even give the remaining strip /s to the patient for a home control after the care.

 

3 different tests are offered according to the symptoms and degree of infection:

 

The 2 parameters urine test allows measuring nitrites and leukocytes.

 

The 3 parameters urine test allows measuring not only nitrites and leukocytes but also the presence of blood in urines, caused by a more severe inflammation. 

 

The 4 parameters urine test detects additionally also the presence of proteins in urines, sign that infection may have effected kidney and not only bladder, so it is urgently needed an accurate analysis and care.
