Drug of Abuse liquid immunoassays for biochemistry analysers.

The kits measure a complete range of DOA by EIA technique, that is a homogeneous enzyme immunoassay with ready-to-use liquid reagents.

They can be run on any biochemistry analyzer able to mix reagents, incubate at 37°C and read at 340 nm.

The  assay is based on competition between drug in the sample and drug labelled with the enzyme glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase ( G6PDH ) for a fixed amount of antibody in the reagent.

Active enzyme converts nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide ( NAD ) to NADH, resulting in an absorbance change that can be measured spectrophotometrically at 340 nm.

The kits  are  manufactured according to ISO / GMP regulations and are CE marked, granting to the distributors a very high level of quality and careful controls.

The kits are available in various sizes, for approx 100, 250, 500, 5000  tests / kit.

Moreover the kits are also available in 2 versions one for urine samples and one for saliva samples.
