3. Can GlysBy be simply considered as a part of the manufacturers organization ? YES, this is the right way to consider us. GlysBy is really a part of the sales organization of each manufacturer due to the special agreement we do have with them to take care of the business development.

4. Who give the prices and negotiate with potential new distributors ? GlysBy is entitled to manage new deals so will give you all prices and information you need and will negotiate the best conditions according to your distribution proposal.

5. To whom the distributor has to address the orders ? To GlysBy. We will check, revert to the deputed manufacturer and supervise for you the right processing and delivering from the country of origin.

6. Who will invoice and deliver the kits to the distributor ? The manufacturer. The distributor will get regular invoice and kits directly from the manufacturer of the ordered products and will have to pay for them the manufacturer, NOT GlysBy.

7. Under which name the kits will be labelled ? If it is possible the kits will be delivered labelled with the brand name of the related manufacturer. If the manufacturer can only sell O.E.M. with white boxes, the distributor will be duly advised and will have the opportunity to use its own name for sales.

8. Is it possible to have all products by GlysBy with brand name GlysBy ? No, GlysBy is not a dealer so it does not consolidate orders nor label the kits. We only manage direct deals without any intermediate step or kit manipulation.

9. Who gives us the certificates ? Original certificates are given directly to the distributor by each deputed manufacturer.

10. In case of a distribution agreement, who will sign it ? The distribution agreement will be signed between the Distributor and the Manufacturer of the line of products object of the distribution.

11. Why GlysBy does not mention the names of the manufacturers in the catalogue? GlysBy’s strategy is to concentrate all efforts in granting the best attention and care to the real customers and protect our associated manufacturers from plenty of requests of samples and price discounts which are often only motivated by the wish of who contact us to make its data bank or compare information and not by a true interest in a cooperation. Being also one of our tasks to select the real potential customers, it is normal to discuss upon the deal on the basis of product specifications and price and not of possible source. After confirmation of the feasibility of the business, the manufacturer is duly informed, the customer gets the full details and preliminary phase is completed.

13. Why it happens that we do not receive a complete price list but only a country-related partial price list ? Because there may be the case that some manufacturers are already distributed in your country, consequently you will not get their price list. Anyway, please remember that OEM is always possible. So if you do not find the product of your interest in the list but you are able to import in bulk or unlabeled and then sell locally under your label you can contact us and specify your flexibility. We will be glad to serve you.
